We have put together a little set of stones to help relieve anxiety!
There are many ways to use them:
Use the stones while you meditate by placing them around you or holding them in your hands.
You an keep them under your pillow or on your nightstand while you sleep.
Or just keeping them in your house, workplace or in your bag or pocket. Wherever you feel you'll need them.
 
Be sure to cleanse your crystals and set your intention before use.
Using the incense stick provided, light the tip of the incense, make sure it's definitely burning and blow out the flame. It should be smouldering at the tip with smoke flowing from it. Hold one of the stones between 2 fingers, and the incense in the other hand. Move the incense all around the stone making sure the smoke touches the entire surface of the stone.
Once you feel it is cleansed, move on to the next.

To set your intention to the stones, hold them in your hand and clear your mind of any negativity. It helps to meditate and/or do some breathing exercises with it before hand. Then either repeat in your mind, say out loud what you want the stone to bring to you. Some like to hold the stone over their third eye while they do this, and some like to write it down on a piece of paper before hand. Let the intention be about what you need rather than what you want.
